8 Best Cure for Backpain


Backpain has only several treatments and only stem cells can cure it. It triggers everytime by vigorous activities like bending down, lifting heavy things, or sudden movement then it gives out.

Sitting on your chair for hours away from your computer on your back it causes extreme pressure and gives tension on your muscles, discs, and joints if you won't fix your posture that causes the spine to curved or bends. The main problem of having a backpain is not being able to practice a good posture or just a genetic.

  1. EXERCISE AND YOGA

Back exercise is important and very necessary to improve and lighten your spine health and it also helps levitates the heart rate with a simple aerobic exercise. Stretching your muscles, ligaments, and cords to give support to the spine.

KNEE TO CHEST STRETCHES 

 Knee to chest exercise helps to stretch your hip and lower back muscles to release pressure on spinal nerves and helps stretch the lower back to release the strain and pain.

To perform Knee to Chest Exercise:
  • Sits on the floor 
  • Make your legs straight on the floor
  • Bend your leg either left or right first and then make sure the arch of your feet is on the other leg beside the tight of it
  • Pull your two arms and reach your toes to bend your back

 PARTIAL CRUNCHES

Partial Crunches helps strengthen your stomach muscles and stretches ur back including your spine.

To perform Partial Crunches
  • Lay on the floor with knees bent and feet arch (flat).
  • Put your hands on the behind of your neck or you can either put your arms cross on your chest
  • Tighten your stomach and raise your waist from the floor and pull your neck off the floor using your arms.
  • Your lower back must remain at all times.

LIFTING WEIGHTS 

Weight lifts usually cannot hurt your back but there are some cases that but when you have a sudden backpain and you put additional force on your back muscles and ligaments can cause risk of additional pain. So make sure to ask your doctor whether you should avoid this and some exercises.


CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES

It stimulates the heart rates and breathing to sustain enough oxygen and strengthens the heart, lung, and blood vessels. Examples are Swimming, Biking, Walking, and so on. When comes to swimming make sure to avoid any stroke that can rotate your body. 

MEDITATION

2. SLEEP WELL


While you are having backpain sleeping can be so hard for you and if you cannot sleep it might get worse the pain. So avoid those sleeping positions that can worsen your backpain and follow the comfortable sleeping position for you.

So I will give you 2 examples of the sleeping positions that you can follow to avoid backpain or when you have backpain.

SIDE FETAL POSITION
  • Lay on your back and gently turn to your side 
  • Push your knees gently onto your chest and curl your torse to your knees.
  • Switch everytime side to side to prevent imbalance.
SLEEP ON SIDE WITH PILLOW BETWEEN YOUR KNEES

  • Place your shoulder and the rest of your body on the bed.
  • Put a pillow between your knees 
  • Consider using a small pillow if there's a small gap on ur waist to bed for support

3. APPLY A PAIN RELIEF CREAM


There's available pain relief cream in pharmacies or even online. Choose a cream that contains capsaicin cream, it is very effective and very helpful when comes to arthritis. Consider using a cream with a menthol effect it can make less sensitive but applying too much menthol can be very sensitive.

4.PHYSICAL THERAPY


By doing Physical Therapy you will learn how to do exercise that can strengthen the core that supports your back which prevents more back pain. It can increase your strength, endurance, and flexibility and decreases your backpain. You will determine how to move that keeps your spine in proper alignment.  

5. COLD AND HEAT


To reduce the painful areas on your back and inflammation. Wrap an ice pack inside the towel to protect your skin. After a few days, switch to heat, relax your muscle, and increase your blood flow to your affected area. Apply a heating pad or warm pack or you can also try warm bathing for you to relax. Do this several times a day 20 minutes each time. To avoid tissue damage and sunburns never sleep on the heating pad. 

6. ESSENTIAL OILS 


There are two uses of Essential oils, you can use it as an inhaler called Aromatherapy and another one is for a therapeutic massage just apply several drops of oils. Some oils are thought to have an analgesic effect includes rosemary, lavender, and peppermint oil.
